Minor update : new version SGV 2.02
Changes:
The "CDECK" at the first line of scripts (inserted by PATCHY)
is removed, thereby avoiding some error-messages.
Unused variables suppressed in GAMFIT, TBILIN, and ZADECD.
There should now be NO warnings when installing SGV.
A redundant "rm" in the UNIX installation procedure was removed.
A variable was initialized in ZXINI in a way that AIX didn't
like. This has been fixed.
A missing "." on some PATCHY steering cards in the generated
user-cradle has be inserted.
The problem that the installation procedure would fail on UNIX
if the path contained upper case names has been solved. The
reason was localized to be in PATCHY. The logic of makesgvlibs.ksh
has been sightly modified to work around the problem.
No functional changes was made, since no bugs has been reported.
