4.1.9 SUBROUTINE ZXHINI(CHPATH) : Histogram Initialisation

This routine called by RZSCAN reads in an HBOOK directory structure from a file to memory, and if requested, resets histograms and ntuples.

ARGUMENTS:

INPUT :

    CHPATH : directory name on file.

IMPLICIT INPUTS:

    From /ZXSTE/ : UPDF : Update or reset histograms read in.

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:

    To /PAWC/ : will be filled with the appropriate copy of
     whatever was on the file.
