Return the length of a given cylinder.

ARGUMENTS:

INPUT :

    ICYL : number of the cylinder.
    TYP  : Type of the detector ('TRACKING' or 'CALORIMETER')

IMPLICIT INPUTS:

    From /ZTBAR/ ZMX, max length of detectors;
    From /ZTBAC/ RADC, radius of calorimeters;

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:
