    From /ZTBAR/ DZ, Z measurement error of detectors;
         ANGEXB, angle sensitivity exponent of resolution

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:

    none.

FUNCTION VALUE:

Measurement error in z of the specified cylinder, negative if the resolution of the cylinder is sensitive to the angle of incidence
