    IPLA : number of the plane.

IMPLICIT INPUTS:

    From /ZTFWD/ DX, x measurement error of detectors;
         ANGEXP, angle sensitivity exponent of resolution

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:

    none.

FUNCTION VALUE:

Measurement error in x of the specified plane, negative if the resolution of the plane is sensitive to the angle of incidence
