INPUT :

    IPLA : number of the plane.

IMPLICIT INPUTS:

    From /ZTFWD/ DY, y measurement error of detectors;
         ANGEXP, resolution  sensitive to angle or not.

IMPLICIT OUTPUTS:

    none.

FUNCTION VALUE:

Measurement error in y of the specified plane, negative if the resolution of the plane is sensitive to the angle of incidence
