(Very) Minor Update : new version SGV 2.22

The instalation procedure, and a few system-dependent pieces of code has been updated for Linux (Redhat 5.1). This release of SGV should now work correctly also on Linux, with no special user-actions. Thanks to Miriam Gandelman for figuring out what changes were needed, and to Duncan Reid for giving access to his Linux box.
